The difference between roll molding products and injection molding products

Roller molding process and injection molding process belong to two different processes,although the same type of product can be made by the two processes,but the product quality and cost price are very different.Specific differences are as follows:

Injection molding process:with injection molding machine completed,the input cost is relatively high,the mold price is expensive,the product price is very cheap,the market is more transparent,mainly suitable for the production of ruler contrast small products,the production is very large,the mold and the product is very high precision,the general piece is used in various fields.

Injection molding is injection+pressure,injection molding must have a gate section.

Roll molding process:Roll molding products are relatively large,put plastic particles into the mold surface to heat,and then roll the mold to make the plastic and mold inner wall fit forming.The price of the mold is cheap,the price of the product is expensive,the sum of the production of hollow class,packaging class and large products,size shrinkage ratio is relatively large,constant is very low and so on.
