Because the mould used for rolling molding is not affected by external force,the mould is simple,cheap and convenient to manufacture.In addition,the roller molding equipment also has greater mobility,a roller molding machine,can install a large mold,can also arrange more than a small mold;It can not only mold parts of different sizes,but also shape products of different sizes and shapes at the same time.As long as the raw materials used in the rolling products are the same and the thickness of the products is the same,the rolling molding process can be molded at the same time.Therefore,the rolling molding process has greater mobility than other forming methods.

3、Roll molding is easy to change the color of the product.
After the products are taken out of the mold,the materials needed for the next molding will be added.Therefore,when we need to change the color of the products,we will not waste any raw materials,nor need to spend time cleaning the machine and mold.When we use multiple moulds to roll mold the same plastic products,we can also add different color materials in different moulds,and roll plastic products of different colors at the same time.
4、It is suitable for forming hollow parts of various complex shapes.
In the process of rolling molding,the material is gradually coated and deposited on the inner surface of the mold.The product has a strong ability to replicate the fine structure such as the pattern on the mold cavity.At the same time,because the mold is not subject to external pressure in the forming process,the mold with fine structure and complex shape can be made directly by precision casting and other methods.
5、Save raw materials.
The wall thickness of rolling products is relatively uniform and slightly thick at the chamfer,so it can give full play to the efficiency of materials,which is conducive to saving raw materials;In addition,in the process of rolling molding,there is no runner,gate and other waste,once the debugging is good,there is almost no return charge in the production process,so the process of material utilization is very high.
